Job Title: Freelance Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team on a project basis. As a freelance designer, you will collaborate with our creative team to produce visually stunning graphics and artwork that effectively communicate our clients’ brand messages and objectives. From concept development to final execution, you will have the opportunity to showcase your design skills across a variety of mediums, including digital and print.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  2. Conceptualize and create original graphic designs, including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and more.
  3. Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients and solicit feedback.
  4. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive visual branding and messaging.
  5. Adhere to brand guidelines and design standards while maintaining creativity and innovation.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and executed accurately.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback.
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  6. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Flexible schedule and availability to work on a project basis, including evenings and weekends if needed.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
