Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our digital marketing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to introduce our digital marketing services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your goal will be to build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and convey the value proposition of our services to drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our digital marketing services and generate interest.
  2. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
  3. Educate prospects on the benefits of our digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.
  4. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize follow-up actions for qualified leads.
  5. Schedule appointments and demos for our sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring accurate and timely coordination.
  6. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
  7. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or other channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and differentiate our brand.
  10. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or technology industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects in a confident, professional, and persuasive manner.
  3. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and understand our digital marketing services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  7. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
  8. High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  9. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
